Sustainables Residential renovation

Visible from afar from all directions, this round tower in the upper floors offers an impressive view for the inhabitants. Glazed
Loggias, controlled ventilation and soundproof windows ensure quiet living.

In this “outstanding” residential building project, DOMICO scored with its innovative, rear-ventilated metal facades. The building was clad with 4,700 m² of Planum 22 and was able to meet the architect’s high standards.
The circular ground plan, which was extended by protruding loggias, and the façade division, which was achieved with subgrade profiles of different deck widths, were also integrated into the building.
The building is given that certain something by being mounted vertically alternately with and without a joint, because it simulates a large-area façade panel.

The changing colours (RAL 7016 anthracite grey, RAL 9010 pure white, RAL 9006 white aluminium, RAL 5010 gentian blue, bronze metallic) of the subgrade profiles posed a particular challenge for the installation.
The terraced apartments behind are oriented towards the quiet interior area and, as the name suggests, have beautiful terraces and open spaces.
The entire complex is barrier-free throughout. The 2-storey underground car park offers sufficient parking space, from which the residents can access their houses directly.
The two houses offer commercial space on the ground floor and first floor and living space on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

“Outstanding all around”
