The new Europahöhe Kaiserslautern business and service park, directly connected to PRE PARK with over 100 companies and nearly 1,800 jobs, has its own Kaiserslautern-Ost on- and off-ramp to the A6 and A63 freeways. Thanks to the excellent transport links, the supra-regional main train station with connections to Paris and Frankfurt can be reached within 10 minutes. The city center of Kaiserslautern is only 5 minutes away.

The Frankfurt airport is also within easy reach with a distance of 50 minutes. The direct proximity to well-known and innovative companies guarantees an outstanding location quality and a first-class address for your company. Due to its proximity to the Monte Mare leisure pool with its large sauna area as well as numerous restaurants and hotels, the Europahöhe offers a well-balanced work-life flow and the possibility to organize your daily work routine according to your own needs.
With its appealing architecture, penned by the renowned office of Schaus Decker, the EUROPA KARREE creates an attractive working environment with a businesslike, functional appearance. The buildings are arranged peripherally in such a way that towards the inside a carree-like square area is created which, in addition to accessibility and development, accommodates, among other things, stationary traffic. The exterior design of the buildings is determined by the longitudinal ribbon facades, consisting of continuous window elements and metal spandrel bands with lower and upper border profiles. With its northeast side, the building ensemble faces the A6 freeway and, especially from this position, allows passers-by to grasp its architecture and recognition value. The ensemble is structured in such a way that individual “addresses” remain legible despite the visual grouping. The interplay of modern design and comfortable furnishings offers future users a high quality of stay.

The large-format window elements guarantee light-flooded office spaces as well as an unobstructed view of the vast expanses of the Europahöhe in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. The extraordinary feeling of space is complemented by the high-quality interior and trend-setting technical equipment. A high-performance fiber optic connection guarantees fast handling of large data volumes. All units have sanitary facilities and a pantry kitchen. The building’s high energy efficiency as well as state-of-the-art and thus economical building technology ensure optimized energy consumption.
