Today, facade greening is used as a design, but above all as an ecological and energetic improvement of buildings. They bring green into the city and open up new and attractive design options for modern architecture. With the modular Planum®Living Green profiles, we actively support building greening. System components that can be integrated vertically and horizontally into the facade can be used in the Planum facade as well as in cassette walls. The relevant substructures guarantee statically safe fastening and load transfer. Above all, this combination forms a self-contained weatherproof facade even without greenery.
This ensures that professional green designers – who are already involved in the planning – have time for delayed execution due to planting. For this purpose, the option is open to install planting that changes temporarily. Supplied with water and fertilizer via an individually planned supply network, the modules are system-open for most forms of planting. This means that both market professionals and regional suppliers can carry out the greening, expanding the range of greening partners for building owners.
