Sound theoretical training is a matter of course for us, but “learning by doing” is also at the top of the list when it comes to training our apprentices in the best possible way. Regardless of whether it concerns the apprenticeship as process technician or the dual academy training as construction technical assistant, a practical reference to our products within the training is mandatory. That’s why it’s important to us to familiarize our apprentices with the entire value-added cycle – from the metal coil to the fully assembled roof, facade and element – and to create opportunities for them to gain experience independently.

In December, our apprentice Paul was able to help with the installation of an element hall and experience how – from the product produced at our site in Pötting – a new building was created.

Our apprentice installer Markus showed him, of course, all the special features and technical details of the processing of our products. In the process, he explained the most important rules that have to be observed on the construction site.

Normally, Paul’s workplace is quite different, as he is currently doing the dual academy training to become a construction technical assistant and thus spends most of his working time at the PC. But as you can see from the photos, he also makes a good impression on the construction site. We are happy to have such a dedicated and motivated apprentice with us!

Do you also want to start a well-founded theoretical as well as practical training and are still looking for the right contact person? Then apply with us for an apprenticeship! We are currently looking for new, motivated talents who want to start an apprenticeship as a process technician or also an apprenticeship in the “Dual Academy System”.
